About Me!
My name is Amber and I was born and raised in a small town in western Kentucky. From a young age I loved being in the kitchen with Grandma and Mama. Many things were learned back then that I carry with me still today. I have a wonderful husband and two beautiful children. Baking for my family and my church has always been a passion of mine, so after our oldest was born, I decided that baking his birthday cakes would be great fun. It wasn't long before my friends and family started to ask me to bake for them. From there, my business grew and Cakes by Amber was born!. My sweet tooth is huge and there is no confection to sweet for this baker! I have expanded my menu over the years which now includes pies, cookies and candies. Many of my recipes are older family recipes that I love sharing with my clients. I am looking forward to baking for you!
